Cape Town, South Africa — October 2025
Nedscaper is proud to announce the launch of its Learnership Programme for 2025-2026, welcoming four aspiring cybersecurity professionals into a twelve-month journey of hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in our Security Operations Centres (SOCs). This programme combines classroom-based learning through our trusted training partner with on-the-job training inside Nedscaper’s SOCs in South Africa. Learners will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, preparing them for potential absorption into our growing team.
This initiative reflects Nedscaper’s commitment to making a positive impact by creating meaningful opportunities in a country facing high unemployment. By investing in local talent, we aim to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap and build a sustainable workforce for the future.
Why It Matters:
✅ Learners will gain practical SOC experience and mentorship from Nedscaper experts.
✅ The programme supports potential absorption into Nedscaper’s growing team.
✅ It aligns with our core values: Stronger Together, Relentless Curiosity, and Driven to Get Things Done.
✅ It contributes to our broader mission of trust, guidance, and continuous protection in digital life.
A Human-Centred Approach to Cybersecurity

“By creating pathways for young talent to become skilled cybersecurity experts, we’re not only strengthening our own pipeline—we’re helping shape the future of cybersecurity in Africa.”
Let’s Secure the Future Together.
