As a Customer Success Manager for Nedscaper’s MXDR service, you are the trusted advisor and strategic partner for your portfolio of clients. Based in Amsterdam, you work closely with dedicated cybersecurity consultants, analysts and engineers in both The Netherlands and South Africa to ensure clients realize the full value of our services. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and growth by proactively guiding clients, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve their security posture. You combine strong communication skills (to align expectations and drive clarity), a structured approach (to track progress and value delivery), and commercial awareness (to recognize upsell and cross-sell potential).

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing service roles, ideally within cybersecurity or IT services
• A proactive and customer-centric mindset
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ability
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Preferred: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, Microsoft cloud technologies, or certifications like Microsoft Fundamentals, Certified in Cybersecurity, or ITIL 4 Foundation
