In South Africa, we actively build local talent development programs. We partner with educational institutions and tech communities, giving young people the chance to develop into fully qualified cybersecurity specialists. Some work locally with us in South Africa, while others choose to work temporarily or permanently in the Netherlands. In both cases, we provide proper guidance, training opportunities, and a strong social safety net.
