Responsibilities & tasks

The purpose of this role is to work as an Account Executive playing a crucial role in building and maintaining a relationship with business decision makers at high levels of the customer’s organization through consultative engagement to establish trust and credibility in future interactions. Continues to build reputation with customers during interactions by being customer-focused, consistently honoring commitments, explaining technical Nedscaper concepts relevant to the customer. Leverages selling methods to network and create a pipeline, consume account-based marketing outputs, and reflect the engagement strategy in Nedscaper’s customer plan.  

You have the ability to build relationships, deal with customers at different levels and internally, through intensive cooperation with your Nedscaper colleagues, exceed your customers’ expectations.  

As an Account Executive, you respond to your customers’ needs, pains and preferences and you have the ability to create a win-win situation for both your customer and Nedscaper. You observe and update the weekly forecast and check daily bookings. Understands the Nedscaper services and can communicate with stakeholders, from IT to C-level.

  • Work with the strategy team to develop your customer base and maximize opportunities for selling Nedscaper’s professional and managed services.   
  • Identify the growth potential of Nedscaper’s client base.  
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections to maximize opportunities. 
  • Demonstrate insights to Nedscaper’s customers and partners regarding MXDR services and contracts and optimal use of agreements. 
  • Develop a strong knowledge of industry trends by proactively developing a professional relationship with Microsoft. You will use this knowledge to present yourself as a strong discussion partner for decision-makers. 
  • Networking and building stakeholder networks and particularly with Nedscaper’s customers. You are able to present Nedscaper as a trusted security partner. 
  • Proactively builds and maintains a strong knowledge of Microsoft’s security landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industries, as well as of the business priorities and potential threats the customers face.  
  • Develops value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells. Presents business plans to customers to generate new non-qualified opportunities. 
  • Seeks feedback of Nedscaper accounts to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. Leverages internal resources to support customer needs. Orchestrates others to anticipate issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans as needed to improve customers’ overall experience.  
  • Plans ahead to determine order of priority for action on Nedscaper accounts based on customer needs, sales-generating importance, growth opportunity and assessment of risks. 
  • Manages and executes account plans for multiple accounts to ensure Nedscaper revenue targets and customer business needs are met. Coordinates and holds self and the team accountable for achievement of revenue and consumption targets and drives integrated joint account governance through Nedscaper customer plans on regular frequency.
